A city forecast can't tell you about the headwind or a 10 degree temperature drop by the time you crest the climb at 11 am. Epic Ride Weather combines your route and expected pace to forecast temperature, feels-like temperature, wind, precipitation, and more, at the time you'll reach each part of your route. You can subscribe and pay through your Google Play account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the Account Settings after purchase.
