Posan Sangam Mobile Application is developed for stakeholders of the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) system. The app is designed to support the effective tracking, treatment, and monitoring of undernourished children aged 0–59 months at the community level. It includes essential features like, o Child-wise tracking for 0–59 months o Community-based SAM management support o Structured follow-up system o Monitoring dashboards for better program oversight o User-friendly interface for ICDS stakeholders o The Poshan Sangam app plays a vital role in improving child health outcomes by bringing efficiency, accountability, and consistency to the Anganwadi centers at the grassroots level.
