NIH Stroke Scale

This is an implementation of the NIH stroke scale as defined in - https://www.stroke.nih.gov/documents/NIH_Stroke_Scale.pdf - The creator of this app is not associated with the NIH therefore a link to the original manuscript is included through a button in the user interface. The app was created to provide an easy to access reminder and calculator for bed side evaluation of a patient.
