Pulmonary Embolism Score Index

This is an implementation of the Pulmonary Embolism Score as defined in https://www.atsjournals.org/doi/full/10.1164/rccm.200506-862OC - It calculates the 30 day mortality and the corresponding class. The creator of this app is not affiliated with the research group. Since this score contains quite a few parameters, it might be convenient to have it as an app in your pocket. And it will at least save some time calculating the score.
