With this application you will be able to communicate directly with the Emergency Coordination Centers of Euskadi (112 SOS Deiak) and, in addition, your phone's GPS location will be automatically sent. You have the option of making a phone call to 112 or, if that is not possible, you can access without voice, in which case you must select the type of emergency classified into 4 groups: accident, medical emergency, fire and robbery-aggression. A subsequent chat will also allow you to better specify the emergency. Video calling for sign language communication is also available.   Likewise, it also has the '112 in reverse' functionality to receive the self-protection recommendations that SOS Deiak sends to all mobile phones that the application locates, based on their geolocation, in an area considered at risk.
