Semáforo Handel

First version of Handel Traffic Light. Includes a configurable random traffic light system for CTPAT and OEA Mexico inspections, inspection logging, history tracking, and exportable reports. The application allows access control personnel to make unbiased decisions about which individuals should undergo detailed inspections, minimizing the possibility of internal collusion where someone might agree with the access control officer to avoid inspection. Handel Traffic Light also allows for emailing inspection results over a specified period (an email address must be configured on the device for this function). The information can also be downloaded for further reference directly to the device.
