The "Gentle Weight Loss Diary" app is a relaxed way to record your daily weight and lifestyle. In the morning, quickly record your weight, and in the evening, review your meals, snacks, and exercise. It doesn't have to be perfect; just record what you've managed to record. It's a record book you can continue at your own pace. ■ What you can do ・Morning weight: Record immediately after waking up using the ruler or numerical input ・Evening review: Select and record only the items you want to use, such as snacks and exercise ・Calendar: Check your morning and evening record status by month ・Graphs: Show weight trends for 7 days / 30 days / 90 days and a 7-day moving average ・6 themes: Create your own personalized record book with your favorite color ・Reminders: Gently reinforce habits with morning and evening notifications ■ What the Gentle Weight Loss Diary values ・We don't demand perfection. Just record what you've managed to record. ・Don't get too caught up in weight fluctuations; gently monitor your weight with a 7-day average. ・Ease of use is our top priority. Items can be freely customized. ■ Display Settings You can freely select the items displayed on the record screen in the settings. ・Morning: Body fat percentage, short memo ・Evening: Meals, snacks, hydration, exercise, physical condition, mood, memo ■ Handling of Ads and Personal Information All record data such as weight and meals are stored only on your device and are never sent to external servers. Account registration is not required. Ads are displayed only at the bottom of each tab screen (Home, Calendar, Graph, and Settings) (Google AdMob, non-personalized ads). Ads are not displayed on the record input screen. There are no in-app purchases.
