The MyDHMP app gives you a new way to access your important health insurance information. You must be a Denver Health Medical Plan member to access the DHMP Member Portal. In this app you can quickly find your Member ID Card, check on the status of a claim, message Health Plan Services, check your plan coverage, and more.
