The ResMan Resident app makes it easy to engage with your apartment community. Make a rent payment, submit a maintenance request, check for packages, and stay up to date on the latest community news right from your mobile device! With the ResMan Resident App, you can - Pay rent through the app with a credit or debit card, bank transfer (ACH), mobile check scanning, or even with cash at a participating retailer. You can also view your payment history or schedule a future payment. - Initiate a maintenance request (with the option to include photos), see the status of an ongoing request, and view your request history. The ResMan Resident App is designed for communities that use the ResMan property management platform, including ResMan Payments and the ResMan Resident Portal.
