The Employee Assistance Program is a fringe benefit that helps employees resolve personal and work-related challenges. The program provides support on both an individual and group level. Our team of over 50 recognized consultants provides anonymous advice tailored to the needs of participants on workplace, personal, leadership, physical and mental health (but not medical) and legal issues.
