The Wright Center mobile application is a resource for both patients and physicians. The features for the patients include: record self-assessments such as vitals, symptoms, diet, etc. View care plans, service summary, upcoming care management call details, care team member details, view prescribed medications, set reminders for medications, send/receive messages to and from physician, and supports the Bluetooth feature for Remote Patient Monitoring.
