ICE fit Sports & Fitness ICE fit is a companion app for your ICE fit smartwatch. It helps you keep track of everyday activity, workouts, and rest so you can build better fitness habits. All data and insights are designed for general fitness and wellness purposes only and are not intended for medical use. The app is compatible with a variety of smartwatch models, including the ICE fit series. Key features Stay connected Get incoming call alerts and message notifications on your smartwatch, so you can quickly see who’s calling or messaging without picking up your phone.(this feature requires your authorization). Daily activity overview Track your estimated steps, distance and calories burned, with clear daily, weekly and monthly summaries to help you understand your activity patterns. Workout tracking Record your workouts with duration, pace and activity routes (when available on your device), and review how active you’ve been over time. Heart rate & SpO₂ trends View heart rate and blood oxygen saturation estimates from your smartwatch sensors during the day and during workouts to better understand your effort and recovery trends. Sleep and rest insights Get an overview of your estimated sleep duration and stages (such as light, deep and REM sleep) to see general patterns in how you rest.
