: IDBI Bank Collect is an advanced "Collection and Recovery” monitoring tool. a. Easily assign tasks to on field Agents /in the Office team. b. Facility for Agents/officers to view the customer basic details, overdue details, previous interaction details, guarantor details. c. This app will help us in geo-tagging existing of customer’s places of visit. d. Real-time inputs, Agents /Field Officers can mark the interaction details with the customer in the application. e.
