You can now report a power outage from the app, in addition to finding out the latest status on existing outages. Hydro One's Mobile app provides Hydro One customers with detailed information on power outages and restoration times throughout our service area in Ontario, Canada. The outage map is updated every 10 minutes with information on number of customers affected, estimated restoration times, outage causes and crew status to keep you informed.
