improof

improof brings your training and nutrition into one place — and connects you to a real coach who can see your progress and build your plan around it. LOG FOOD IN SECONDS Describe your meal the way you'd say it out loud — "200g chicken, cup of rice, side of broccoli" — and let AI do the math. Or search USDA FoodData Central for verified nutrition on hundreds of thousands of foods. Adjust portions, save what you eat often, and build your own recipes with a full nutritional breakdown. TRACK EVERY KIND OF WORKOUT Cardio, strength, or your own thing. Run a live session with a built-in timer, log sets with weight and reps as you go, and watch your total volume add up. Your week's sessions sit on one screen, with streaks to keep you honest. SYNC YOUR HEALTH DATA Connect Health Connect to bring in steps, heart rate, sleep, and distance automatically — so your activity reflects what you actually did, not just what you remembered to log. SET GOALS THAT MOVE Set targets for weight, calories, and activity, then watch the progress history build over time. Goals link to the programs your coach assigns, so the work and the target stay connected. TRAIN WITH A COACH Find a coach near you by sport and specialty, or connect with the one you already have. Coaches build training programs and meal plans, prescribe targets set by set, and follow your progress between sessions. Share progress notes and metrics snapshots so nothing gets lost between check-ins. ALSO INSIDE • Sleep logging to track patterns and quality • Progress notifications that nudge, not nag • Recipe library with saved favorites • Sign in with Google or a one-time email code — no password to forget improof works whether you're training on your own or with someone in your corner. Start logging, and let the picture build.
