My Ticket

The My Ticket® app is the official Ticket Serviços® application that allows you to access a set of features that will keep you connected with the world of service tickets. These features include: - Check balances and transactions for Ticket Restaurant, Ticket Educação, and Ticket Ensino cards; - Check available digital tickets, Ticket Infância, Ticket Educação, and Ticket Ensino; - Make payments at participating establishments via the My Ticket Restaurant® app, MBway link, and purchase partner vouchers; - Make payments at participating establishments using digital tickets, Ticket Infância, Ticket Educação, and Ticket Ensino; - Request a duplicate Ticket Card and a new PIN; - Search for participating establishments for all Ticket Serviços® products; - View FAQs; - Manage notifications and consents; - Subscribe to the Newsletter; - Request promotional information; - Request and receive notifications.
