Mutifier

Mutifier mutes notifications that occur in a short time interval. User can determine the time interval between which notifications will be muted. If many notifications occur between the time interval indicated, user will hear just the first notification. Notifications are not lost, they are simply muted. Mutifier won't read any of your notifications; it just needs to know the moment when the notifications occur. If Mutifier does not work as you expect, please let me know before leaving a bad feedback.
