RIMS Sudan

RIMS (Response Information Management System) is the IOM Sudan IM System that simplifies the data management process. RIMS comes with custom-developed modules that support each programme, allowing them to manage their data at the most granular level. RIMS Sudan mobile application extends some of the RIMS web application's functionalities to mobile devices. The current version of the application has​ the following four modules, which facilitate users with the required privileges to carry out some activities offline. Data is synchronised with the RIMS web app once the user devices are connected to the Internet. a) User account management: Registered users can log into the system and update their profile. b) Beneficiary registration: Users with required permission can register beneficiaries and update their information. c) Cash-based interventions (CBI) assistance: Users with required permission can record CBI assistance delivered to beneficiaries. d) Capacity-building activities: Users with required permission can record the details of capacity-building activities.
