IWS VSA is a way for our members to stay connected and up-to-date on their Vehicle Service Agreements. Check contract information for accuracy, get claim status with push notifications, find nearby repair facilities, and have questions answered by our professional Member Services department. Get started using the contract Declaration page you received in the mail from IWS. Scan the QR code or enter your contract number and last name. You will then be logged in and presented with an overview of your contract information and claims. If allowed, the app will receive push notifications about claims status changes.
