The purpose of this plan is to provide general information, to newly hired professionals, on the physical structure, material resources, staff, objectives, portfolio of services and operating standards of the nursing unit of the CHUA surgical block. Its content will be updated as modifications are made to the service portfolio or when structural or functional changes require it.
