Defense Help Call is a communication channel that represents the military and provides one-stop services for suicide prevention and grievance counseling for military personnel, military crime/sexual violence reporting/consultation, defense project corruption, and barrack safety reporting/consultation services. Anyone can use it freely, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including active duty soldiers, parents who sent their children to the military, prospective enlisted people, reservists, and civilians.
