Plug-in for knXpresso to control Philips hue lights

The knXpresso hue plug-in also allows the various Philips hue bulbs to be operated via the KNX bus. Thus, normal KNX switches, as well as the operating and monitoring elements of the knXpresso app can be used to control the Philips hue bulbs.
