Galaxy Home Gesture Scroll Fix

Gesture navigation (with or without a hidden hint gesture) on some galaxy models and other android devices has a bug when swiping up (home swipe gesture) from the bottom of the screen, some apps will scroll up a bit. This application was created to fix these bugs.
