Tai Chi training built through practice, not just watching.

Origin The 42-Form Tai Chi is a standardized routine that integrates movements from several traditional Tai Chi styles, including Chen, Yang, Wu, and Sun. It was compiled by martial arts research experts in 1988 as an international competition routine consisting of 42 movements. The routine was first introduced as an official event during the 11th Asian Games in 1990. Today, it remains a widely practiced form, suitable for both competition training and long-term personal practice. Kung Fu Philosophy Kung Fu is not something understood by watching — it is built through practice. By understanding your own body first, you learn how to respond to change. Everyone’s ability is different. The goal of training is not to compare with others, but to become better than who you were yesterday through consistent practice. Ability exists for discipline and protection, never for harming others. Kung Fu is like a language — knowing the movements alone does not mean you can apply them; it requires time to understand and consistent practice. Key Features 1. Rotate View View movements from multiple angles to better observe structure and positioning. 2. Speed Control Adjust playback speed to follow each movement at your own pace. 3. Step Selection & Loop Practice Select specific steps and repeat them for focused training. 4. Zoom Function Zoom in to examine details of each movement more closely. 5. Precision Timeline Control Scrub through the video to review movements frame by frame. 6. Centerline Guide A visual reference to help you maintain proper alignment during training. 7. Drag Menu Interface Access controls without leaving the current training scene. 8. Directional Guide Helps maintain orientation and positioning while practicing. 9. Mirror Mode Practice movements from both sides to support coordination and balance. 10. Home Practice Mode Train anytime with structured exercises that require no equipment.
