Kulikov's Vascular Calculator

The Kulikov Vascular Calculator (KVC) is designed to quickly calculate important indicators of ultrasound examination (US) of vascular pathology, such as the percentage of stenosis, vasospasm, asymmetry, reactivity, etc. 22 calculators and several dozen calculation parameters are available. The KVC was developed based on key international guidelines on vascular disease and vascular ultrasound. The appendix contains calculators for calculation: • ICA stenosis - ICA stenosis DEGUM; • GRADE - GRADE risk of ICA plaques; • Occlusion of the VA - Occlusion of the vertebral artery; • Hypoplasia of the VA - Hypoplasia of the vertebral artery; • ICA stent – ICA stent stenosis; • Steele - Steele syndrome; • CerA stenosis - Stenosis of intracranial arteries; • TIBI - Doppler criteria for trobolysis (TIBI); • Vasospasm - Lindegard Index; • Vasospasm - Svir Index; • ANC stenosis - Stenosis of the arteries of the lower extremities; • ABI - Ankle-brachial index ABI; • FPI - Finger-brachial index; • Hemodialysis - Anastamosis for hemodialysis; • RA Stenosis - Renal Artery Stenosis • MA stenosis – Stenosis of the mesenteric arteries; • ECCS – Extravasal compression of the celiac trunk • IMT Age – Vascular age of IMT • PWV Age – Vascular age of PWV • Ass - Asymmetry of blood flow and diameter • CR – Reactivity coefficient • CVRCO2 – Cerebrovascular CO2 reactivity KVC is intended for informational use only.
