LIFT Scenarios

LIFT Scenarios enables facilitators to document and store key learning from scenario-based team training. The tool contains predefined scenarios for facilitators to choose from and provides guidance on how to conduct a good debrief in line with the most current simulation-based methodology. LIFT Scenarios also keeps a record of the scenarios conducted and documented, highlighting training efforts and progress of the team. This provides crucial information to help empowers on-site as well as remote mentorship. LIFT Scenarios requires a login credential from data management system in order to grant access
