La Fée du Logis Pro is the work application reserved for La Fée du Logis employees and administrators. It supports the field team at every stage of the day: starting the workday, arriving at the client's location, tracking tasks, validating the service call, and communicating with management. Main features: • Start and end the workday • Record the steps of a service call with the associated location • Enter the client's name before starting • View scheduled tasks and indicate which ones have been completed • Add comments on the service call • View and adjust the time worked before validation • Collect the client's rating, feedback, and signature • View the history of days and hours worked • Communicate with management using the integrated messaging system • For administrators: view team conversations and reply directly from the application Location is requested for actions that require recording the location of the service call or the workday. An account provided by La Fée du Logis is required to use the application.
