Listen to the law! Civil law, criminal law, and labor law are read aloud. You can select the range of article numbers, listen to single articles in loop, and even listen when the screen is locked. You can memorize the law while commuting or walking.
Turn legal provisions into a podcast—memorize legal provisions with your ears while commuting, walking, washing dishes, or before bed. When your eyes are busy, your ears are idle. "Listen to the Law" transcribes legal provisions from a national database into audio, reading them aloud one after another, turning your 40-minute commute or 20-minute walk into review time. Many apps look up legal provisions, but few offer features like "continuous reading, specifying a range of article numbers, looping single articles, and continuing reading even with the screen off"—this is what this app focuses on. ■ Audio reading, one after another: Search for the name of the law to start listening, from the first to the last, without needing to touch your phone. ■ Listen to only the scope you want: You can select a range of article numbers, such as only listening to Articles 100 to 200 of the Civil Code, or only selecting key articles from the special provisions. It will remember your previous selections next time you come back. ■ Single-Repeated Listening Until Memorized Single-repeated listening can be set to "read 2, 3, or 5 times and then automatically skip to the next one," or it can repeat the same one indefinitely. The entire set of rules can be set to loop continuously. ■ Listen Even with Screen Off Background playback, it won't be interrupted even when the screen is locked or you switch to another app. The notification bar, lock screen, headphone controls, Bluetooth headphones, and car infotainment system's play button can all control pause and skip to the previous or next rule. ■ Resume Playback The next time you open the same rule, it will ask if you want to continue from where you left off. ■ Save Key Articles Long-press on an article to save it, then use "Play Only My Saved Articles" to listen to your saved key articles all at once. ■ Adjustable Pronunciation Adjustable speaking speed and intonation; you can choose the voice engine and tone on your device. You can also decide whether to pronounce the item, clause, and sub-item numbers. Common mispronunciations (such as "得," "地号," and "核课") have been corrected, making it sound more natural to human pronunciation. ■ Continuous Learning Days and Daily Reminders Each day you listen accumulates a day's worth of learning. A reminder will be sent at 8 PM if you haven't listened to the relevant legal provisions that day. You can turn this off in the settings if you don't need it. ■ Other Features • Four font sizes, allowing you to zoom in when your eyes are tired. • Browsing history, allowing you to continue reading the last law you've read. • You can share the articles and the entire law to LINE or social media. • Amendment dates are displayed in the title column, making it easy to see if you're listening to the latest articles. • Downloaded laws can be saved to your phone and listened to even without internet access. • After a law is amended, you can manually update the law and download the latest articles again. 【Three Steps to Get Started】 1. Search for the law name, such as "Civil Code," "Labor Standards Act," or "Road Traffic Management and Penalty Act." 2. Select the range of articles you want to listen to, or start the entire law from the first article. 3. Press play and put your phone in your pocket—it will continue reading even with the screen off. [Who is this suitable for?] National Civil Service Examination Candidates – Police Special Examination, Senior High School Entrance Examination, General Higher Education Entrance Examination, Judicial Special Examination, Lawyer/Judge Examination, Local Special Examination. Memorize a few articles while commuting, exercising, or doing housework. Law Students – Review a large number of articles during midterms and finals; listen to an entire chapter of the Criminal Law's Special Provisions once. Office Workers and the General Public – Laws related to daily life, such as the Labor Standards Act and Civil Law, are easier to read by listening than by reading. 【Searchable Laws】 Data is sourced from the National Legal Database. All laws and regulations, including the Constitution of the Republic of China, Civil Code, Criminal Code, Code of Criminal Procedure, Code of Civil Procedure, Administrative Procedure Act, Administrative Procedure Act, Labor Standards Act, Company Act, Securities and Exchange Act, Road Traffic Management and Penalty Act, Personal Data Protection Act, Consumer Protection Act, Copyright Act, Patent Act, Trademark Act, Government Procurement Act, Land Act, Tax Collection Act, Income Tax Act, Civil Service Appointment Act, Police Powers Act, Social Order Maintenance Act, Domestic Violence Prevention Act, Gender Equality in Employment Act, Labor Insurance Act, and National Health Insurance Act, are available. 【Notes Before Use】 • This application is developed by an individual and is not an official government application; the content is subject to the announcements in the National Legal Database. • Reading aloud requires the device's built-in Chinese Text-to-Speech (TTS) voice reader; if your device does not have a Chinese voice reader, the app will guide you to install one. • Contains advertisements; watching one reward ad unlocks ad-free reading for the day.
