It allows users to register customers, activate SIMs, process number porting requests, handle SIM replacement and ownership transfer, and sell bundles and recharge vouchers. Users can also manage wallet transactions, track commissions and orders, and support customer inquiries through built-in workflows, with full support for both English and Arabic.
