IT’S EASY - A Seeit agent starts a web-based session at https://seeit.gotoassist.com/ and then invites you to join. - Join the agent’s session (Wi-Fi recommended), and then share your camera and microphone to resolve your issue. - Turn off your camera or mute yourself anytime. - End the session whenever you like.
