Joyo Kanji 2136 is a local-first Japanese study app that starts with hiragana and katakana, then guides learners through the full set of 2,136 joyo kanji. Each daily session combines kanji cards, vocabulary, example sentences, and multiple-choice quizzes. If you leave midway, the app can resume your current session. Missed items flow into wrong notes and SRS review so you can revisit them with context.
