VMS: VMS is a one stop solution which provides a platform for organizing a visit as well as getting invites for others. The world around today no more wants to use pen and paper for keeping a track of their Schedule; people don’t have time in their busy routines for calling each other and making appointments. This is where VMS comes into role. This application single handedly takes care of making visit requests, accepting invites and also keeps the complete visit log from the very initial placing of the request till the visitor leaves the host premises after the visit is completed. The application involves three operational entities: HOST, VISITOR & SECURITY. Host: The host will be the one belonging to an organization who will organize the visit. He will receive the visit requests, which can be accepted, cancelled, rescheduled and transferred. The host can also invite a visitor to his premises through the app. Visitor: The visitor is the one paying visits to the host’s organization .He can place visit requests, accept or cancel received invitations also reschedule a confirmed visit in cases of unavailability. The visitors can easily select the host to whom they want to pay the visit and can place the request. Security: The security serves the purpose to verify the visitors for their check-in and check-out in the organization. The visit requests can always be pre-planned before the date of visit as well as can be cancelled in case of unavailability .The users can see their scheduled visits for a day, week and month. The visitor details are verified through a QR code which will be scanned at the time of check in by the security. The idea behind this application is to make the complete process from the visit request placing till the end of the meeting completely digitalized, so it is convenient for repeat visitors also, at the same time it makes the organization data and premises secure.
