Description of the App On April 24, 1993, Kacou Philippe, a young man working on a construction site, receives, in a vision, the visitation of an angel of God who commissions him with a Message destined for the Salvation of the whole earth, in fulfillment of the cry of Matthew 25:6, the midnight cry in the Bible, after the evening time with Prophet William Marrion Branham according to Mark 13:35.
