Mindbo is a depression improvement program app for college students and is based on cognitive behavioral therapy, which is known to be effective in reducing depressive symptoms. Although it was created by a clinical psychologist, you can learn and practice how to deal with depressed mood on your own without an expert. Mindbo can be used for 10-15 minutes every day for a total of 28 sessions. Once you start the program, we will recommend a customized program tailored to your individual depressive symptoms through an evaluation. Through an individualized program, record your mood every day and track changes, and use the thought log to find and change the thoughts that are depressing you. And you can use the relaxation assistant to relax your body and mind anytime, anywhere.
