SiD - Secure Image Data

MDSAS is a provider of the national tele-referral platform used by Specialist services in England's NHS-National Health Service. The tele-referral platform can only be accessed on the private N3 NHS network. SiD-Secure Image Data can be used by Health Care Professionals when referring to Specialist services which require an image of the wound/injury to decide on the patient referral pathway (e.g. Burns; Skin/Lesion;). The N3 tele-referral platform generates a unique encrypted QR Code which can only be scanned with SiD and allows image(s) to be securely uploaded to the patient record.
