It was officially founded on April 22, 2001, the feast of San Anselmo by Monsignor Rodolfo Valenzuela Nunes and Priests Bernardino P. Ness OSB; Waldemar P. Godoy and Sergio Peláez. His studies, are located on the second floor of the Convent of Santo Domingo de Guzman, in Coban, Alta Verapaz, location it shares with its sister stations and other units of Radio Station System Tezulutlán.
