OHS Learning Management System

OHS LMS is a software application for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, and delivery of Optival training programs, learning and development programs and communication of Process Changes to the company employees at all levels. This software will have courses published of which most of them are proprietary and confidential to Optival. The various courses would be comprised of topics from POS, SOP, Drug Knowledge, Soft Skills, Leadership Skills & many other technical subjects. These courses are critical to equip our employees to perform their daily duties in a competitive, challenging & changing environment prevailing in the retail industry today.
