InterVIEW is a mobile app that allows you to send health information to your care team using your smartphone or tablet. Every day you can: • Check in on your health by answering questions • Track vital signs like blood pressure, weight, or blood glucose • Share your results directly with your care team Using InterVIEW keeps you in touch with your care team through video visits, who can identify symptoms early and take action. InterVIEW allows you to read information about your health condition. The app also stores your readings, so you can see your progress.   Disclaimer: The application is fully functional without any integrated peripheral devices. Third-party hardware devices are optional and are not required for users to access or utilize the application's core functionality. When connected, compatible peripherals may provide additional data, but use of these devices is entirely optional. The application does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, clinical decision support, or automated medical decision-making. It functions solely as a communication and data collection platform, with all clinical interpretation and care decisions made by healthcare providers.
