WATCH, LEARN & DEBATE Building a bridge between theoretical knowledge and practical application. The concept of "watch and learn" is based on the concept of observing and learning, which differs from conventional lectures, where information is simply transmitted by the lecturer. When the information comes from an expert on the topic, it is shared based on the experiences and skills acquired in clinical practice, which facilitates understanding of the content. A picture is worth a thousand words. In "watch and learn," observation is the most important aspect of learning, especially when supported by complementary theoretical content. It consists of learning from mistakes and successes, which is essential in workshops and hands-on courses.
