Pane, Amore e Fantasia

The Bakery BREAD, LOVE AND FANTASY is the brainchild of Maurizio Arcieri and Francesco La Grassa, young bakers with twenty years experience in the industry. Located in the center of Salemi he can be appreciated for the quality of its products, created only with raw materials: natural yeasts and handwork making each creation a real joy for the palate to savor bread, pizza biscuits and cakes made with all the passion and the typical Sicilian handicraft experience.    One of his secrets is to combine tradition and passion of the past with modern instruments, and this allows anyone who chooses to find products to clean the oven.    From sandwiches to pizza, from pasta to desserts, everything is prepared and tasted directly from the internal staff, who after confirming the quality of products puts them on sale, to continue to get the trust of many customers that every day they choose.
