The application is designed to be used by an operator or a customer which has associated a number or devices (or sensors) which are monitoring an environment. In their dashboard, after login (existing account in our platform), a customer can see a list with their sensors, cases which they may have opened with our team (tickets in relation to the sensors or a possible requirement to our team), and notes. Notes are filled in our platform and they can be viewed by the customer. All informations are available in an internal API service which is made available to the mobile application. The mobile app is performing REST requests in order to authenticate user and get information related to his account. Application does not download and store no information on phone, reads API data from our platform and present to the customer
