Kaizen Camp Logger is an internal field-operations tool for organising and running medical screening camps. Designed for pharmaceutical field teams, it manages the full camp lifecycle — from planning and multi-level approval through to on-site patient screening and reporting. KEY FEATURES • Camp planning — schedule camps by type, date and doctor. Enter a doctor code to auto-fill an existing doctor, or register a new one instantly. • Fast approvals — a camp is sent to both the regional and zonal manager at once, and either can approve it, so work is never blocked waiting on one person. • On-site screening — record patient details and guided questionnaire responses, with automatic scoring and result classification. • Bluetooth receipt printing — print a patient's screening result on a portable thermal printer at the camp. • Prescription capture — attach a photograph of a prescription to a patient record. • Works offline — camp and questionnaire data is cached on the device so screening continues where connectivity is poor, then syncs when back online. • Role-based access — territory, regional and zonal managers each see only their own area, with reporting scoped accordingly.
