The Ghoul and the Backyard is a horror game where the player must survive by completing various missions. Aunt Fatima is an elderly woman who appears kind and quiet at first glance, but she hides a terrifying side. She wears an old black abaya and a faded hijab, and carries a lamp or a wooden stick as she wanders around the house. Her face is full of wrinkles, and her pale eyes have a disturbingly steady gaze. She possesses incredibly keen hearing, able to detect the slightest movement or sound made by the player. When she senses a stranger's presence, she transforms into a vicious pursuer and attacks mercilessly. Her in-game abilities include: Distinguishing the sound of players' footsteps. Closing doors and passages to prevent escape. Setting simple traps inside the house. Increasing her movement speed as the player approaches. If the game is inspired by the Gulf or Iraqi environment, the two characters can be based on folk tales, while remaining fictional and not based on real people.
