The FREMAP mobile application will allow workers associated with FREMAP to access general information as well as consult their medical and economic data and establish contact with FREMAP. From the public area you can: • Make emergency calls to FREMAP, from Spain and abroad. • Consult the network of FREMAP centers, see schedules, location on the map, and the distance to your current location • Consult and download the work calendars of all the Autonomous Communities • Consult and download useful forms • Access information of interest if you are a worker • Access information of specific interest, if you are a self-employed worker • Access the Prevention Channel where you can find informative material to take care of your health and prevent accidents: guides, manuals, videos, etc. • Know the coverage with your mutual insurance company • Consult your rights as a patient From the private area you can: • Download the medical reports that have been prepared for you and request new reports • View your financial information • Download your personal income tax withholding certificate • Receive alerts by SMS and/or email • Receive additional information in the application Mailbox • View upcoming medical and rehabilitation appointments • Contact your interlocutor, requesting that your interlocutor contact you • Contact a Social Worker: Requesting that the social worker contact you. • Modify your personal data: You can request that some of your personal data be modified.
