For optimal operation of the application we recommend:      - That your internet access is stable and with a capacity of no less than 512KB, since our application maintains constant communication with banking servers, in order to offer you updated information and products. - Our application is enabled to work from the version of the Android 4.4 operating system, however, we recommend that you update your device to version 6.0 or later, since many of our features and components require higher performance, which are offered for the most recent versions of the operating system. - Finally, it is recommended that you verify that the RAM memory of your device has sufficient capacity to allow access to the application, in order to better navigate.
