ModusFleet

Give all your drivers fleet information at their fingertips. Whether they drive cars, vans or HGV’s, ModusFleet is designed to provide key information to them regarding their allocated vehicle. For company car drivers, it has P11D details and also end of contract dates for leased vehicles. It also features automatic servicing and MOT reminders and contact information specific to your company. All drivers can use the walk about check feature, assuring compliance and also be able to report accidents and damage, quickly and easily. A fuel report feature can capture fuel purchases if required and the information section gives guidance on specific driving questions such as “what to do in a breakdown”. This has been designed to be a “fleet manager in their pocket” which will reduce admin time for fleets and provide a hands on solution for drivers who need to know their vehicle is legal, safe and complies with company policy.
