AweleMaster

Awele, Wari, Mancala, Oware, dozens of names for the strategic traditional game Awele which is to Africa what Go is to Asia, and chess to Europe. Awele is an iconic board game, which reveals the characters of a civilization. In Awele we don't kill the enemy king like in chess, we don't conquer territories like in Go, but we sow and we harvest. When the opponent has no more grain, we have to feed him, and we have no right to starve him. Awele is very tactical, with rules that are simple to learn, but difficult to master. Awele is fast and exciting, with sudden reversals of the situation. Without any place at random, it requires calculation and anticipation skills. HD graphisms shows the authentic Awele play equipment. The software Awele Master is very realistic and intuitive. The levels are well balanced to allow the beginner to win at the "child" level, but make victory almost impossible at level "Wise man". The rules of Awele are detailed in the software. These are the official rules of the International Oware-Awele Federation, http://www.oware.org/abapa.asp, used in tournaments.
