EHP Healthy Choice

The EHP Healthy Choice mobile app allows you to access information about your Cleveland Clinic EHP Healthy Choice wellness program on your mobile device. You need to be eligible to join Healthy Choice program. If you already have a Healthy Choice account, you can login with your current ID and password. The EHP Healthy Choice mobile app can work with Google Fit to sync steps and minutes with your Healthy Choice program.
