And you don't have to worry about developing and publishing a mobile application or a complex notification system. You can define different types of notifications and customize the ringtone, icon and vibration pattern so you can easily identify where it's coming from. The free version provides 100 notifications per day, if you need more you can upgrade to get 1500 notifications per day.
