The LineReporter app continuously calculates important KPIs such as line efficiency, total output and output per hour, total labor costs and labor costs per piece from simple output counts at the end of a production line and displays their progress with comparison to target values in the app and online as ANDON live data in the Internet browser. This means that manually created hour-by-hour production boards can be replaced immediately and effortlessly with valuable real-time data that enables production management to make better optimization decisions more quickly. Performance reports can be exported instantly to PDF, text file or Google Sheets at any time with a single tap. Counting by multiple people on the same line is supported and can be managed directly in the smartphone app. The app is extremely easy to use and does not require an interface to ERP systems. Enter a task or order number, target quantity, target efficiency, number of workers in the line, planned total production time per unit of product, target output per hour and average labor costs per minute and start counting the output. ARTiTEX LineReporter is available in English, Hindi, Bengali, Sinhala, Tamil, Bulgarian and German. Further languages are being added on an ongoing basis.
